What it is
WetNet®️ is a wildfire prevention system. Based in Monchique, Portugal, our mission is not just to avoid forest fires, but also to protect houses and buildings on the property.
To preserve Nature sometimes needs a helping hand. The human being is the main cause for forest fires therefore a balance is needed, using technology and know-how to achieve this.
WetNet®️ can help to prevent large forest fires, and can, if installed and used correctly, avoid evacuations and property damage in the area protected by our system.
The name WetNet®️ means a network of water. Network of protection, network of trust. Network of stability.

The foundation of our services, this is the result of a prototype that, after several years of preventative function, has performed even better than expected. A simple product of robust design and high performance

Wet Net Base
- High quality components, most being metallic parts, plastic parts being protected by the control centre or buried underground
- Maximum system pressure: 10bars
- WetNet®️ Manifold, designed by us and developed for maximum output in distributing water
- High-density PEAD water pipes, suitable for drinking water and non-toxic.
- High-performance sprinklers, with a capacity of wetting an area with 40m in diameter and adjustable for any working angle
- Independent electrical system
- Dedicated water storage
- Combined pump-generator and/or petrol-powered pump or gravity-based operation
- Water filter to protect the components

Wet Net Base
